Great News!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay Everybody,

Since you all were extremely interested, I called the Danbury Mint at 1-800-243-4664 today and asked about the boxer Christmas tree and the Boxer calendar. I found out that both of these are still available, the Boxer Christmas tree can be order now, the total price is $136.80, or it can be paid in installments of $34.20. It is on order and will be here in December!!!! I guess they had to make more due to the demand!!! I ordered one for myself, I am so excited!!! Also, the boxer calendar is available in January, you can call now to get set up to receive it. There are 12 figurines with it, but I did not find out the price. So, there is hope now to be able to get the calendar and the tree!!!! I am sorry, I do not have a picture of the tree to show you, you may be able to contact Danbury Mint and they will send you a brochure.

Ditzy Melissa!! I've been getting things from the Danbury mint for about 7 months now and everytime I would just pitch it! I thought Mint=Coins! HaHa I feel so stupid now! But, good news is I got something from them in the mail today and because of this thread I opened it...what was but Boxer Coffee mugs! I always gotta have my caffiene in the morning so these will defiantly be on my Holiday wish list!

Dear Angie,

No problem at all!!!! I had a recent invoice for my ornaments so I just called to find out. If you order a tree, I bet you will be put on their list, to receive more items!!! I have some close-up pictures of the ornaments, but it has been several days, and they have not been approved yet. Since I have not uploaded pictures for awhile, do you know how long it takes for them to be approved??? I feel silly telling people to go to my gallery to look at the ornaments, and they are not there yet. Oh well!!! I am happy to be of assistance, and I know you will just love the tree!!!!

I recently ordered the Boxer calendar. You get a boxer figurine sent to you every month that represents that particular month. I can't wait to get it!

I saw that calander in the Sunday ads a few weeks ago. Awesome set...I just don't know if I could justify spending that much to obtain the whole set. I'm jealous!

Just wanted to add a few more boxer items of interest. Here in Charlotte, NC they are having the southern christmas show. There were a couple booths that had a boxer peacefully sleeping and you actually set it atop either your door frame or window frame. It is too cute!

There is a catalog called Domestications. They have alot of theme bedroom stuff in it. They had a comforter and sheet set with dogs on it. There was a boxer on it. The sheets are so cute because they have bones on it. I even got the pillow shams and window treatments. The only bad thing is the sheets are only 180 thread count. I think the comforter is 200 or so.

I find myself looking for boxer memorabilia since we've become boxer owners. I try to find items that look similar to my Jasmine, but it seems there isn't much out there that have boxers with all black muzzles. :( and natural ears. Oh well, I'll just keep up the search.

Sigh-----Sometimes it just aint any fun not living in the U.S. As far as I know, nothing like any of what you're all talking about can be found over here. Yes, we do have Boxer calendars, but little figurines for each month? Sounds so cute!

I'm thinking exactly the same thing. U.S. always gets cool boxer stuff! Sigh.

I know how you feel. Every boxer figurine has white on its muzzle. Now, as for natural ears, all of the Danbury Mint Boxers have natural ears(odd, isn't it??) All of my ornaments and plates have boxers with floppy ears. Actually, the Americans were the ones who started cropping the boxer's ears, but now that trend is dying, I see many more boxers with floppy ears than cropped. But, there are no plain black muzzled boxers or white boxers. Since Rusty is plain and Casey is white, I am disappointed that there are no more variations of colors. Boxers come in all colors, croppped or uncropped ears, and different markings, but I suppose it is hard to make every color. I just keep looking, though!!!!

As for people not living in the U. S., I am sure you could order the Danbury Mint items, but the postage would kill you!!! I am so sorry!!!! One place you could start looking though is Ebay, they are international also. I have found some cute boxer items on there, and mabye the postage would not be so much!!!!!!
