Kitchen and bathroom trash cans displayed all over the house along with the chewed foam from my couch cousins, news paper shredded and 20 pounds of dog food all over the kitchen....yes this was all in one day!! and the dog was only alone for a few hours!

Before we got the superhuman trash can .... they used to knock over the garbage and spread it all over the house (oh.. yes... a nice, rotten, stinky, mess to come home to).
They've shreaded every piece of stuffing out of a comforter once.
And chief loves to demolish flip-flops into tiny shards and scatter them around!
They sure know how to make messes don't they???? :rolleyes: (Guess it's mom's fault for not keeping things picked up as I should! ) But they're getting better.... I hope.

The biggest mess was courtesy of my last two boxers. We went out (briefly) and when we got back, they had played tug-o-war with a 50# bag of cat litter. In the living room. Oh, and to top it off, the power was out so I couldn't even vacuum it up until the power came back on They also ripped up three bags of steer manure that we were going to use for fertilizer on one spot of our yard (that never grows). I'll never forget - we drove in the driveway and DH was furious, while I was laughing hysterically. He also didn't appreciate the "gotta be smarter than the dog" comment from me :p

We had a comforter on the bed that was getting old and starting to show signs of wear. Sugar decided to help it along by tearing it open and spreading fluff throughout the house. I think she was telling us she wanted something nicer on "her" bed.
Our first Boxer used to be confined to the kitchen when we went out. The storage room was next to the kitchen. It had a folding door...which our dog learned to open. My husband used to keep bottles of motor oil in that storage room. Have you ever tried to clean a whole bottle of motor oil off kitchen walls, cabinets, floor, appliances, as well as a wriggly, squirming, slippery Boxer puppy?? :eek: That is one mess I don't think we'll ever forget!

Well, this wasn't the biggest mess but it was the funniest. One day we came home to find a huge pile of shoes and boots on the couch. Turns out someone didn't shut the closet door (probably me) and Darwin dragged every last shoe and boot out of the bedroom and into the living room. Some of the boots were quite hefty as well. He managed to only destroy one sandle, everything else was just a little crusty (from the slobber). This was the first time he had ever gotten into anything.

Wow, between Max and his partner in crime APBT Jayda, they have made some big messes. Knocking over a 10 gal. aquarium full of jungle bed and shells and water, and the most important thing, Mr. Crabs! He's our hermit crab and he wasnt found until days later but he was alive and well!! Dont even think he noticed :D Also, couch cushion stuffing was always a popular mess (until we got new furniture).
Theres always flip flops, tennis shoes, and favorite and brand NEW shoes too!!
Coming home to plastic forks and spoons and knifes paraded across the floor has happened too.
My favorite is when they try to act innocent and blame it on eachother, when they have pieces of evidence hanging out of their mouths and stuck in their cheeks!
One time Max had an empty pop box stuck on his head when I came home haha he was soo embarassed!!!

So far Bella's biggest mess has been the total destruction of her bed - 2 days in a row!! There are some pictures in my gallery of the day 1 tear up.

Chance has of course shredded his bed and we had fluff all over the house because he decided it would be fun to leave fluff from one end of the house to the other. You know those solar lights the use to illuminate walk ways ? Well Chance destroyed my inlaws sets, yes 2 sets, they have on there stairs and then he proceded to root through there garbage cans looking for a morning snack. But knock on wood all this occured during the 1 to 2 year age period, now we kinda joke that he's turning into an old man because he never gets into anything anymore But we are definitly not complainging
