I have to wade in on this, too - thanks to whoever started this thread. Thanks to this board and the moderators, Maia had a fighting chance, and is still around to make us laugh.

I've also been able to help other people by referring them to the board, or by telling them about something I learned here. It's a great ripple effect - the people and dogs indebted to this board go far beyond the membership list.
