Boxer Pal
Tess, our 2year old boxer bitch, has lost a lot of weight in kennels after a 10 day stay.
i knew she would lose some weiht as she don't normally eat unless we are with her, she thinks she is human you see!
Currently she normally has approx 3 tubs of Nature Diet per day mixed with a little james well beloved. She is not a big dog, very petite anyway and is normally around 45ibs.
But after getting her back today, i can now see more ribs and back bone than usual. And she absolutely did not come up for air on her first feed as i was with her.(won't eat alone).
Any suggestions on a quick intensive method to get the weight back on.
oils? Eggs? Fish? Raw meat? any help would be apprediated as i am looking at her now and feel gutted that i left her while i selfishly went on holiday.
Cheers
