We were informed when we rescued Duke that he was 2 years old. Then today a friend of ours said that he was at least 4 because all of his teeth had grown in. He said that he if was two then you wouldn't be able to see his molers or anything. Is this true or was he just making up stuff. His papers say he is two but it has got me thinking. Any advice would be lovely!

Adult teeth are in by one. After around 8-9 months, it is a guessing game. Younger dogs have teeth in, but no wear or tarter build up. After around two, it is really difficult to guess the age.
