Boxer Insane
My 16yr old son received his babysitting certificate 3 yrs ago. He has also successfully completed 2 courses in C.P.R. and Emergency First Aid. So, taking all this into consideration, DH and I are quite comfortable having him here watching the kiddies and fur-babies. Only 1 incident a little over a 1yr ago when he put his then 2 yr old sisters' diaper on backwards, but, hey, at least it was on! Anyway, DH and I went out for approx. 1 hour the other night and left him incharge. Gave him all instructions and specifically told him to watch Spirit (9wks old) as he is having his free play time. Spirit will still have the odd accident on the floor and for some reason, he likes to have them at the front door instead of the back! So, we come home, and upon entering, I see Spirit and had to do a double-take! Poor Spirit was strapped into a DIAPER!!:p The teenager explained to us that although he watched him, he still managed to have 2 accidents at the front door. He says "Mom, he's just too fast and sneaky, so I fixed him! I babysit and will clean Jessica if I have to...but I am NOT cleaning up after Spirit...that's just totally gross"!! Well, I couldn't not help myself and almost had an accident myself from laughing so hard! I didn't have my Mom's nice digital on hand, but I had my 35mm and it had film in it! As soon as the roll is finished and developed, I will post the pic of Spirit with a diaper strapped to his butt! (lol..my son even made a whole in it for his lil nub!) Poor Spirit is still dizzy I think from spinning in circles trying to get it off!!:p (the diaper was so tiny...premi-diapers my daughter puts on her dolls!) Kids...gotta love 'em!!:D

That is too funny, and I'm sure that picture will be priceless! Teenagers are the WORST puppy-sitters around. I had asked my younger sister to watch Trace as a pup. Well, when I returned from work not only were there accidents, but Trace had found a way onto the dining room table to eat a cookie cake.
