Has anyone tried this food? I am strongly considering feeding my new puppy this as it has 25% protein and seems to be a great food. Want to check and see if anyone had any opinions on it, It seems fairly new.

I actually just ordered the Wetlands variety with Duck, quail, and turkey. I was thinking about the salmon one, but Mackensie is now eating EVO which has 42% protein, and I thought I would like to keep the protein level as high as possible so I went with this version that has 32%. We require grain-free food with no lamb, or I would try the Prairie version as well. Let me know what you think if you decide to try it.

I'm currently using the wet and wild and Creek really likes it (btw it actually smells like smoked meat, something I've never encountered in kibble). I'm almost out and orderd the salmon based one which according to UPs should be on my doorstep tomorrow. I'll post any thoughts I have about it if you'd like.

I have also considered it, however, it does make me nervous , Diamond makes it. The jury is still out I guess. I just don't feel compfortable enough.

I also saw this at the local shop I get Cooper's food at. I thought it looked OK but was curious what others thought as well.

I have some rushing to my door as we speak! I am trying the High Prarie Canine Formula. I hope they like it! I do plan on rotating with the Wild Pacific Stream. I have been purchasing Timberwolf, which they love, but it is about $12 dollars a bag more and with two, that can add up.

Taste of the Wild is made by Diamond, and at a couple of other places (not on this site) I read negative things about Diamond, but I'm going to try it anyway. If anyone else knows about this product or Diamond, all input is appreciated! :)

i too was interested in this dog food, diamond was a big red flag for me though, but i continued to research, because of its low cost vs what i normally feed (Timberwolf Ocean Blue),i think if you figure in the kcals,TO has a calculated 530-550 kcal per cup, taste of the wild had 375,so its the old argument, pay more now, save more later, meaning, even though you pay more initially for say a bag of TO ,your feeding less, your buddy will digest more, and therefore is more bang for the buck so to speak.
