tail wagging woes

My 2 month old boxer Ozzie doesn't wag his tail. This is my 2nd boxer and several of my friends have boxers...all of them wag their tails like crazy. We call them the "whirlybirds." He otherwise seems healthy, but he rarely carries his tail "up" and absolutely never wags it. Could this be an indication of an underlying medical problem? Anyone else have a "non-wagger"?

Yes, Tyson rarely wags either. You really have to get him going to get his tail to come up and wag.

Also, Kodi almost always carries his tail in the upright position but he's not huge on wagging either.
