Swollen Gums

HELP!! My 5 y.o. fawn boxer, Tucker has severly swollen gums. I have been brushing his teeth every day & giving him dental bones but they aren't getting better. We have an appointment at the vet tomorrow but thought I might ask around to see if anyone else's baby has had this problem.

Poor Tucker! Did he eat anything that he shouldn't have? I've never had that experience before. I'm sorry I can't give you any advice, but I just wanted to send Tucker lots of hugs! Colby and Skye send him lots of wiggles!

No clue what it could be but maybe an allergy?????? Just want to send some <<<<positive vibes>>>> and a great big ((((HUG)))) to Tucker. Please keep us posted on what happens at the vet.
