Everytime I took Roxy to my mom's house this summer she would run straight for the pool. She wouldn't jump in, but if you put her in she would swim in circles forever! She just loved it. But after a few minutes she would get tired and her butt would start to sink! LOL

This was very interesting to me to read all your experiences. We want to take Jackson swimming this summer. we didn't get to this summer because we got him in july, got married, bought a house, and went on a honeymoon and next thing we knew, the summer was gone! But this year, he's getting out there and I sure hope he catches on! i may take some of the advice given and get him a vest at first. I don't need to brush up on my old lifeguarding skills to save my dog!!
