Super Boxer
Last night on our walk, we came across a beautiful fawn boxer girl running with her mom through our neighborhood. I had never seen her before, so we stopped on the corner as they were jogging towards us.
When the gal saw that we had stopped (both my babies sitting nicely on our leashes) she stopped jogging, clenched onto her leash and pulled her boxer close to her as they stood there.
I was telling my babies "oh look, another pretty boxer" in hopes that the gal would hear me and want to introduce hers to mine.
Her physical actions made me continue on my way without much effort to talk to her or make friends with her boxer.
She stood there with this look of fright on her face, holding onto her boxer as if in a protective manner. The whole way home I thought to myself, "does she think my babies are pit bulls and are afraid", but then quickly squashed that thought thinking that SHE has a boxer, and must know what they look like. I am still scratching my head wondering.

By the way, bravo to your babies for being so well behaved
