Boxer Buddy
We just moved and I want to make sure that our little girl is not going to get too stressed out. What are the best things to do to ease that sort of change? She seems to always want to go out the front door now. But If I go there during the day she is usually sleeping on our bed. What sort of behavior will indicate that she is not happy. I just want to make sure she is ok with the move....

Completely Boxer Crazy
When I moved from my home after seperating from my husband, I moved in with my mom. Two kids, Gidget, and myself. The move was not hard on her but she did seem to be a little more high strung than usual. :p She had to get used to being in town, she was used to being in the country where she could run freely (supervised of course). She had to adjust to a new home and another dog, my mom has an older Cocker Spaniel. It has taken a few months but she has finally settled into the home and her and the C.S. are getting along well. Give it a while and give lots of attention. Be attuned to her behavior.
Good luck,
Marcia and Gidget
