Stinky ears?

I have my puppy, Franklin (13 weeks) on grain free puppy food, and he is starting to get brown gunky, stinky ears anyway. I just ordered some omega 3 because I figure I'm dealing with an allergy as well. He hates to have his ears cleaned though!! I just gave him a bath and used a tissue/finger, and q-tips if he lets me. But it sure is tricky, he's very squirmy.

Any other tips/remedies for yeast infections? Yogurt? Probiotics? Should I persist with thorough ear cleaning anyway?

Even when the vet cleans Roge,s ears I have to hold his head ,its near impossible to do it on your owne, And yes if it is yeast keep giving him a natural sugar free good quality natural yogurt and you should see an improvement in 7 to 10 days.
