Thanks for the info. Funny & refreshing to hear about the damage your dog has done. All the others I've read about seem so well behaved - must be something to do with the training! We too have had boxers who have ripped down curtain poles, eaten mobile phones etc etc etc. You can't be houseproud with a boxer!
With regard to waiting for a rescue dog- how long did you have to wait and with whom did you eventually get from one? I have contacted the White boxer rescue centre (Preston) and the North West (Mrs Burnett?) boxer rescue centre to whom I have sent my 'Home Finding Form' but had no reply as yet. Is this the same lady who was always busy? Although I'm prepared to wait for the right dog it would be nice to get one sooner rather than later.
I have looked at the rescue site and think I have covered the ones in our area. I have been advised to stay away from one, which I think is the one that shows the pictures. Please let me know of any rescue centres that I maybe missing. Thanks.
