I too am crying with you. Magic is with you! Sometimes we just can't see or hear them. I lost a brother a few years ago to cancer and was so angry that everyone else could hear him, or see signs that he was still with us. Until I worked through all the anger and pain and I "let go" .... I was then able to see and feel what everyone else could. Allow yourself time to heal. The pain is still fresh and you are allowed to grieve as much as you want. AND please try not to blame yourself. We are sending you lots of love and healing vibes. Take care of yourself.
<<<<Your pictures are priceless and ones to cherish forever. How lucky you are to have a friend so thoughtful!!! >>>>>

Thank you

I want to thank each one of you so much for all of your posts. I cannot tell you enough words how much it means to me to share my feelings about Magic with others. I honesty do not know what I would have done without my Boxerworld pals through out this last year; I know I would have felt so alone. Thanks for sharing your own experiences with me...no doubt your experiences have touched my heart deeply.

It' has been a while since I've seen this thread...and did not want to open it... I did, and suddenly started to cry... it evoked me past memories and feelings started to come back.
I've allways belived truely and deeply in 1thing... who ever we love dog, humans, what ever species it is... if we really love, they will never leave us. Have u ever been wlaking and just suddenly think about her? Have u ever felt the impression she is there?... I tell u she is! when u cry she's there and puts her paw on your leg, when u smile shes there wigling her tail and bottom, when u sleep she kisses u goos night and guards over your sleep...
She was suffering and would have suffered much more... u did what she asked u through her eyes. They don't need no words to let u know...
My soul is with u and my prais for or the sad souls.
I'm sure she will send u some message or maybe some lonley soul to guard and to love wholeheartedly

I can only imagine how hard it must be for you. They are such sweet souls and are truely family members. Don't blame yourself, Magic knew how much you loved and still love her. I don't think she would want you to be upset all the time. When I opened your pictures I was surprised to see how much Magic reminded me of our Heidi. Just take it one day at a time and remember all the love she brought into your life. angelicon

Julie,
I am so terribly sorry for your loss. I am not sure if I have responded to another post of yours, but this thread has brought me to tears and my heart is aching for you. I cannot imagine this pain, but I do know that thinking about it takes my breath away. Just know that Magic is still with you and you will see her beautiful face again. You were a great mommy with lots of love to give to her, and she knew it. Again, I am so terribly sorry and you will be in my prayers. Thank you for sharing the pictures, it is a beautiful tribute to a beautiful girl. Sending lots of healing vibes and hugs to you.

Julie-

what powerful pictures to share-they tug at our heart because we see both the immense love you have for magic and the outrage at what happened to her- but think of all the positive and warm vibes you put in the world during your time with her. Talk about good karma!

Last Xmas i experienced 2 deaths in my family, one of which was my DH grandmother, who i was quite close to. I expected to see her in my dreams or something- as she died in her home, alone and in her sleep. Though it was exactly the way she wanted, I didnt get to say/do so many things and I felt guilty for all the times I though she was driving me crazy. But, I have found that I find her presence in smaller ways, like a cardinal appearing in front of me or some happy moment that occurs-i think of how proud she would be of her grandson and I together as a family, and i think that magic would feel the same about you and your family. She is watching over you as we speak.

I read all your post again tonight and have a stream of tears pouring down my face. I want to "quote" a line or two of every post; each one of you wrote something that touched my heart deeply and really hit close to the truth. I am so glad for all of you...thanks 100 times and more for helping me yet through another rough time. I don't know if anyone else in Rainbow Bridge does this but I reflect on Magic's post here on BW often...they mean so much to me because I know your words came from your hearts. I cannot say in enough word how much you have helped me. Thank you.

Just a little note of sorrow, I have joined the BW Christmas List and am preparing my cards to send. Each time I put my picture of Deeg and I into a Christmas card there is a little sorrow in my heart. I feel so sad that Magic is not with me to include in my card to send to others. I love Deeg so much; I would not give my baby boy away for any thing in this world…but how I wish so much that I had both Magic and Deeg to include in my Christmas cards. As always, it surprises me on how the little things catch me so off guard.

Thanks again everyone for your support and kind words!

Julie, It has taken me days to respond to this thread! I saw the website shortly after your posted it, but I couldn't see through my tears so I had to wait a while before I was ready to respond. The website is beautiful and Magic was so lucky to have you. I know the feeling, the sadness of not having Cody just comes over me all at once.

I feel the same way about Cody not being a part of the Christmas exchange. Even though Duke is great I wish I could have both of them together. I can't wait to see Deeg's picture! Take care and have a great Holiday!
