"starting over" with a PC

I have an old computer (Packard Bell 150 MHz Pentium) that I would like to put in an upcoming garage sale. I have already transferred everything that I want to save from it to my new computer. My question is: can I delete everything off of this computer (in an easy way), and then "start over fresh"? I still have the Windows 95 cd's that came with it. I just don't want anything left on it, such as my Microsoft Money files, etc. Thanks in advance for any help that you folks can give!

You can also try BCWipe. There is no way to retrieve data after using it.
