Sprinkler Time!

[BT and Ozzy]

I just recently found out that Vinny, not Ozzy, absolutely loves sprinklers (or a hose pointed in his general direction). We took him to a BBQ the other day and the neighbor's sprinklers came on so Vinny had to go check them out. LOL!! He was CRAZY! Jumping through them, putting his face right up to the nozzle getting BLASTED with water. My stomach hurt after watching him do this. To his dismay the neighbors had it on a timed systems so he only got about ten minutes worth of fun. I also tried it with a hose on Saturday and he loves it too.

Does anyone else's Boxers love sprinklers. I'd love to hear other stories.

Indy goes crazy for the hose. He charges and barks trying to bite the water stream. When I squirt him he jackhammers me and comes back for more. it's funny becuase he won't walk thru a water puddle??

Dakota LOVES sprinklers!! We just redid our lawn so we've been watering it all the time and as soon as he sees one of us pick up the sprinkler to put it out in the yard he is right there with it and stands over it until we turn it on and then it's nonstop jumping in it putting his face in it and jumping up trying to bite at the water and pawing at it. It's so funny and never fails to make us laugh!

Dakota won't walk through puddles either. He will do anything and everything he can to avoid them.

Reese loves water sprinkers too. I actually found one he could not destroy this weekend at Lowes. It doesn't shoot water out as hard as the ones he has broken, but for $2.97 is is indestructible. It is so funny watching him with our 2 labs, he looks at them in the water swimming like he would love to be out there with them but he just can't bring himself to dive in. So...the sprinklers are his thing....he absolutely loves them!!

Beau burns around the yard like he doesn't like it when you spray him but he just keeps coming back for more so he obviously enjoys it. I also can't water my flowers without him coming to "bite" the water coming out of the sprayer. He's such a goof!

Same exact thing here. I think Cornelius and Indy are twins!!!!

Lucy and Brody both love sprinklers and the hose! They'll actually fight for the water from the hose. They'll just stand in front of the stream sometimes until they've had so much ater they're almost choking on it. I think that's one of the reasons they look foward to summer.

Alot of the times before a walk in the summer I'll spray them down with the hose so they don't get so hot. They really enjoy that too.
