That is a really good price that is equal to around £40.00, which means I'm paying $270.00

I am getting so ripped off

Thanks
Graham

Boy that is a lot of money for a spay:eek:  . I just traveled there in July and realize everything is more than in the US. I don't think I could afford a dog if I lived there! Jasmine was spayed today and is doing well.

Make sure your vet is careful about what kind of anesthesia he uses, since he does not seem to be very familiar with boxers. Boxers are very sensitive. Especially no "ace " (acepromazine).

Hi,
It is a lot of money but I am going to check every vet in fifty miles and see if there are any a lot cheaper.

Thanks
Graham

That is still a lot of money. Jasmine's ended costing $72.00. I thought she was about 40-45 pounds but ended up being 52 pounds!! So it ended up costing a little more.

Hi Graham,

Just wanted to say that I had my 5 lb.kitten spayed a few days ago. All together (blood work, shots, spay) it cost me $158.00. Thank goodness that's done. Chelsea (furbaby) is going in next week for a teeth cleaning. The vet quoted approximately $300.00 (cleaning, anesthesia, fluids, etc). This is a totally different vet than the one that spayed my kitten. I really think I'm getting ripped off but I like and trust the vet that takes care of Chelsea.

Good luck with your furbaby.
