Solano County Animal Shelter

The Solano County Animal Shelter has Two Male Boxers. They however are not available for adoption yet. This is what they told me anyway. The Solano county Shelter has a very bad reputation for procedures, and putting down dogs unnecessarily. If your looking and in the area, you might want to call them. I will try to get at least one out myself, and am keeping in touch with Rescue, but they need Foster Homes. If you can help please do.

update

I went to the shelter today, they have 2 white male boxers. One is very skinny and an obvious stray who is ready to be adopted. I am pulling him out tomorrow, hes just a pup, about 10 months I would guess. The other looks very healthy, very strong. wiggled and did the booty dance for me. Hopefully his master will find him. If not he will be available very shortly, next week.

I'm in the area, and although I can't consider taking on another dog, I can offer my assistance by transporting to rescue or foster care, or (???) I'm in Winters.
