Soft Pasterns???

I just found out from our breeder, that the 6 month old male that we're adopting has "soft pasterns". She says it's a "normal thing that boxer pups go through sometimes". I guess his litter spent too much time in the whelping box. She's been giving him 1 vitamin C 500mg pill and a Folic Acid tablet once a day. Has anyone heard of this? Can it be treated and corrected?

Yes, many puppies go through a stage where their pasterns are weak. They normally grow out of it. It's just one of the many changes a Boxer goes through as it matures.
