Snowblowing for our babies

We live in upstate NY and get a lot of snow each year, just curious if anyone is as crazy as I am and snowblows trails for their babies in the back yard (yes in the grassy areas) so that they can do their business in comfort. I just got done doing this and my next door neighboor just stood in his driveway looking at me as if I was crazy.........am I? By the way, Ramos loves using these trais as a racetrack!

Your not the only one believe it or not!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We live in Kitchener Ontario and we have lots of snow. Our boxer Lady refuses to go do her business in the snow!! She would pee on the deck until my husband snow blowed her a bathroom trail. A few years ago we where laughing at the neighbour two doors down. He was snow blowing in his back yard for his dog also. Not only was the snow blowing but the poo too and the neighbour between us was not to happy about it. His family of three got out shovels and tossed all the poo back onto his lawn. It was really entertaining. Snow blowers are not only for snow!!!!!!

Actually, hubby shoveled out a few trails for Bubba - like a maze! Bubba goes down any of the trails, does his thing & runs back. He really seems to enjoy it. Too bad it'll all be gone by this weekend (it's supposed to get up to 40 on New Years!)

My husband always blows a path for our dog. Two years ago we had a lot of snow and he kept blowing a path from the deck out to behind the garage. Well about the 3rd snow fall he was blowing poop onto the side of our garage. I came home from work and just died laughing when he had poop frozen on the garage. He even got out the water hose. NOT A GOOD IDEA to do in a Wisconsin winter.
We only have an inch or two of snow right now so he used the leaf blower to clear a path for the baby girl.
What we wont do for our Boxers!

I don't own a blower but do have to shovel for my babies. I usually can get away with a path across the patio towards the side of the house and a med sized square in the grass so they can potty. They have me trained.

Absolutely!

We, too, shovel a shallow area for the dogs. Belle knows to use this for the bathroom, then that leaves the rest of the yard for her to romp and play in. She loves the snow, and got a great early Christmas present of 27 inches on the 23rd. Playing in it is one thing - squatting in it is COMPLETLY different!

Too funny

Just too funny, especially blowing poop on the neighbors lawn or on your own garage, I am sitting here laughing out loud with vivid pictures in my head. I guess we boxer freaks are all a little crazy, . The things we do for the love of our boxers.
