SmallBatch Raw Patties

I just started transitioning our boys to SmallBatch patties (duck) and was curious if anyone else has tried this brand and/or patty style of feeding raw?

Anything better than this that I should consider?

They (ages 7.5 and 3.5) really like it a lot so far and I'm hoping for better health for them.

Background: They were previously on Merrick Senior Medley and a variety of Merrick canned foods and, while they were in good general health (but perhaps a little overweight), the older dog was getting slower, they were chewing on their paws frequently, and starting to refuse meals.

Before that, we had tried every food out there over the years and this combo was the only one that didn't seem to cause stomach upset/gas/throwing up/soft stools/etc.

So this patty style seems to make it easy to go to raw, so we finally took the plunge...

Every dog is different. My staffy couldn't eat any commercial foods which is what caused me to go prey model raw with her. She was brilliant afterwards. I never tried any of the commercial raw, but others have said it was wonderful. So do whatever is best and works for your dogs.

I'm changing over to a no-carb, high-protein diet, too, so we're all in this together
