Small "lump" on shoulder blade

A few weeks ago i noticed Cinnamon had this little "lump" on her shoulder blade. It was only a bout an inch in length and half in inch in width. The thing is its like it comes and goes. Ill be able to see it clearly, but then its like its not there at all. When im able to see it i can grab it and literally move it around . When I cant see it its literally not there at all. Any ideas as to what it could be? its not bothering her at all. Right now i have absolutely no money it being christmas and all, in January if it hasnt gone away im going to take her to the vet as I lost my beloved German Shepherd Sheba at 12 yrs old to Cancer..a lump that appeared over night, and My GSD Brandy just had surgery to remove two tumours.. which were benign thank god.

Madison also gets lumps where her shots are given. Her last shot was her rabies and that lasted a good 2 weeks before it dissapeared....

its been about a week since if seen the illusive lump so i assume its gone.. but if it comes back im takign her in.
