One product that I would recommend is 3v Liquid Caps, that I purchased from the vet. All it is is a food supplement that has a horrific fishy smell but Reeses likes it. The tips of her ears had no hair and flaky skin, the food supplement did the trick and the hair grew back on the tips of her ears. Don't know if this will help in your case.

Hi Bob~~
Have you taken your little one to the vet to determine what the cause of these patchy hair losses and bumps are?
You may need to get a scraping done to test for various skin problems.
Adding essential oils to our Sigmund's diet helped him incredibly when he was going through skin problems.
Any brand that has both omega-3 and omega-6 work well with helping to alliviate dry skin and inflamation from scratching but treating the cause is what's of most importance.
I hope she is feeling well soon :)

I would definately find out if there is an underlying cause for your girl. But I agree that you should add a fatty supplement to her diet. 3V is great or flaxseed oil. I l ike the smell of flaxseed better, but Joe likes the taste of 3V better. He will like the 3V right out of my hand, but certainly not the flaxseed! Do you mind me asking what kind of diet is she on? Joe's skin was horrible when he was on kibble. I now have him on a BARF diet and he is improving greatly!
