My pup just weighted in this morning at 45 lbs. Is this normal or is he on his way to 90lbs? How long do they keep growing height/weight wise?

Boxers usually grow till there about 2 years he probally is going to be big like our Bruce He is 11 months now and he weighs in at 65lb He isn't very tall either he is just very stocky hope this helps.

Sounds reasonably large, but not abnormally so. How tall is he? Generally speaking, boxers grow in height until a year or so of age, and then fill out over the next year or two. But puppies, just like human children, grow at different rates. The kid who towers over his classmates at age 10 or 12 may reach full height by 15 and be overtaken by his slower-growing peers in later years. Well, same with dogs

6 month weight
Jag is just over 6 months and weighs in at 59 lbs. He eats alot though and is not all that tall but very stocky already. I think it just depends on the dog and I believe their parents play an important roll in how they develop.

When Oscar was 6 months old he weighed a little over 50 pounds. He is now 16 months old and weighs about 90 pounds and about 24 inches at the shoulder. He is a little big for a boxer but it's more to hug. :D

I'm not sure what the typical weight is at any given time for Boxers. They seem to grow at different rates. My little bugger Yoda just weighed in yesterday at a little over 45lbs and he turned 5 months today. The last time his papa was weighed, which was a few months ago, he was right at 70lbs. I'm guessing he couldn't be much more than 75lbs now. And since I take them to the dog run frequently they are both quite lean.

Diabla is a very petite boxer. She is barely 22 inches at 14 months. When she was 6 months was weigh 34 pounds. My vet said for her size that was good. She now weights more than ever at 47 pounds. She eat about 6 cups of food at day which is down from a few months ago. She was eating about 8 cups.
