Shrimp Cocktail....

Hubby was having some shrimp cocktail this evening and Cami went bonkers!!! She was obsessed with getting a taste. She has NEVER once begged for anything that we were eating. She oftentimes sits in between us while we eat dinner on the couch and watch tv, never paying any attention to our food.
DH asks if he can give her a taste.....I said sure, a small piece and put it in her bowl AFTER you are finished eating. SO, he gives her a sample....she inhaled it and was looking for more. So, again he gives her some more. Usually when she is getting ready for a fresh bone or a new toy she has to get on her bed (in the family room) and sit. Well she was running back and forth from the kitchen to her bed.....Get on bed, SIT....back to kitchen, back to bed and SIT....It was so comical. I guess that she is shrimp driven and I should remember this if I want her attention when she is being stubborn.
As a side note: the cat wouldn't touch the stuff but she also likes dog food, go figure!

What are some of your boxers must haves when it comes to people food?

Harley has only stolen one thing since I've had him and that is butter. I found a butter wrapper on the floor about a month ago, and last week the butter tray was on the floor in the living room. My bf always forgets to put it away. Harley had to jump up on the counter to get it and he won't even take food that we leave on an end table! I think the cat must have helped him.

Max will sit there and drool for popcorn, brussel sprouts, deer sausage and liver. We spoil him with moderation. But he goes bonkers for those items.

Mine is obsessed with sausage of any kind, particularly kielbasa on the grill in the summertime. He'll beg for anything, but it's pretty intense for these.
