ok, heres the deal my breeder had a male fawn pup returned
to them the people decided it was more than they could deal with with 2 dogs already so they want me to take him and i want to but i have madie 14 months old dakota(akita)8 years old not very active anymore.madie would have a playmate and dakota would get a break from madie,money is not a problem we just had our yard fenced and its large but do i want to start over training and everything.what would you all do....

and my last skin kid just moved out on his own ......

Personally, if I had the space and the money, I would do it! It would be great for Madie to have a friend to play with. And it is a great opportunity

I can't wait to get out of an apartment and to have some money so I can have multiple babies!

I would do it too. Our breeder also called us two weeks after we got Hogan and the same thing happened. We didn't take the dog and now I regret it. However, I've now decided that the next one will be a rescue. I've already sent my application in.

YES!!! Nothing is stopping you and it sounds as if the pup would fit right in! If I could, I definately would!! No more skin kids at home...more time for training a puppy!:D Yup...I say DO IT!!

the pup is 9 weeks i'm not sure if they took him home and then decided or if they backed out at the last minute i have decided to take him i'm going after work tonite to look at him and maybe bring him home or i might leave until the weekend so i can be home more with him at first..now i need names i like scout or gage
any other names................so excited but yet alittle nervous

Oh YES YES YES, timing sounds perfect! Madie will really enjoy another "like minded" sibling to romp with!!! I can't imagine how either one of mine would be alone, or with a different dog. Congrats! Will be another challenge to train, but SO SO worth it right!!
