shampooing my puppy

Our Bruce is 11 months old now and i was just wandering when it is time to start using adult shampoo

I would actually continue using the puppy shampoo throughout his life. I have always heard it is much milder and easier on thier skin. I plan on usuing puppy shampoo on Giddy even in adulthood. I have also heard Dawn dish soap is very mild on the skin but also very effective.

I'd keep using the pup shampoo too, or something really mild like oatmeal shampoo. I don't know about all boxers, but Willis has pretty sensitive skin... he gets dandruff if he is shampooed, so I have to keep it as mild as possible!

We use baby shampoo (skin baby shampoo) on Keno & Daisy...it's really mild and it's also a lot cheaper then regular dog shampoo...and we really love the fresh clean baby smell they have afterwards too !
