Try using the search function (above right side of screen) to do a search on separation anxiety. That will give you some ideas.
The Dog Listener can also give you some info. If all else fails, I suggest you find a reputable behaviorist and possibly get your girl on Clomicalm, which is used to treat sep anxiety. Clomicalm must be used, though, with behavioral therapy, as you don't want to keep your dog on it forever. Besides that, it's $$.
My girl is on Clomicalm. She drooled like crazy in the crate and bent the wires on it. When left alone and free in the house, she is not destructive (except for occasional Boxer mischief), but she does urinate in the house and very occasionally will poop. My assignment from the behaviorist I use is to video tape Tae during my absence to see when she goes potty. Once we figure that out, she will give me a strategy.
I would try to resolve the issue without medication if at all possible. Keep us posted!
