Separation anxiety or just a mama's girl?

Hello!
My 2 year old fawn, Terra, has this thing where she HAS to wait on my bed when I shower. The bathroom is attached to the master bedroom, so she waits in comfort. She only does this when I'm in the shower, not my fiance or any guests that come to visit. She is not particularly anxious, just ALWAYS there when I shower. Doesn't matter what else is going on in the house, she is on the bed when I step out.
I'm definitely her favorite person (though my fiance would argue , but she doesn't really stick to me like glue and is perfectly happy to hang out with her daddy playing World of Warcraft in the evenings. She doesn't freak out when I leave the house either. The only time she shows any issue is when I'm in the shower... just curious as to why. Most of her behaviors and habits can be explained and make sense except this one.

I think probably just being a mama's girl! Which is kind of cute! I wouldn't think seperation anxiety since she's fine when you leave her alone at home. Maybe it just became a routine for her, kind of "oh mummy goes to take a shower and that's when I lay down on the bed"?

I agree that it's probably just part of her "routine". As long as she is calm while you're in the shower, I wouldn't call this separation anxiety. If she were pacing and whining and trying to get to you while you were in the shower, that would be a totally different story.
Cash will come lay on our bed when both my husband and I take showers too. You can say "I'm gonna go take a shower!" to him, and he runs right into the bedroom and jumps up on the bed. Weird!

At least yours will lay on your bed!! Pixie will set outside the shower, completely calm and wait for my husband or myself to get out... then she procedes to lick our legs to "help us dry off" she is a hoot! I am pretty sure she thinks that it is HER responsibility to help mommy and daddy dry off!!

Total momma's girl. Disco does the same thing. She could be fast asleep on the couch with Rowdy, but the minute I enter the bathroom to take a shower she curls up on my bed.
