sentinel heartworm - flea protection

Just wondering where to get the best deal on Lily's heartworm, etc. protection. I have been getting it from our vet each month. Not sure if there is somewhere online or at a store that is a better deal?

I don't know how much your vet charges, but I get mine from petshed (http://www.petshed.com/products/item2997.asp), since it's cheaper there than it is from my vet.
