I would have your pups heart checked, My theo passes out because something gets his heart racing lke excitement or if he is panicking and then he goes into v-tac and faints, it last a few sconds and then he gets up and he is perfectly normal, wagging his tail. I dont mean to scare you but maybe your pup was choking, got scared and she went into vtch, is a very was possiblity but can happen i would see a cardiologist and have your boxer wear a 24 hour holter moniter just to be on the safe side.
