Seizer, or something else?

Hello can someone please help, my boxer Bear was laying on the floor unresponsive when we came home, he is now very tired and has pale gums and cold breath, I believe it is not bloating because he got up and went #2 just fine and his stomach is not tight, I am thinking a seizer, if so how long usually until they come out of one and become himself, ty

That description leans more towards a heart issue which are common in Boxers. I'd get him to your vet ASAP and then off to a referral with a cardiologist. This isn't something you can wait with.
Pale gums would be very concerning as the heart isn't working efficiently enough to pump blood properly.
I wouldn't think seizure, especially since you said he was unresponsive, tired, pale gums and cold breath.
This sounds like an emergency situation.

Markus would have occasional seizures. He would usually snap out of them pretty quickly. I agree with Cami, it sounds like more of a heart issue. I would get Bear to the vet ASAP.
