Scratched Eye

well my boxer monday has a drippy eye due to an occurance with a cat a few years back. damage to the tear duct.

well my problem is she has now scratched it somehow and ive been to the animal hospital numerous times for drops and creams.
she does open her eye time to time and its a bluish colour not the regular brown.... any how what i was wondering if any one else has experienced this and how they treated the problem.

and tips or tricks to a speedy recovery would be greatly appreciated

Have you tried a veterinary ophthomologist? Maybe it's time for a specialist. (They are out there -- my parents' boxer had to see one after his eye got scratched while playing with my sister's boxer. They need safety glasses!)

Well, your post sounds like you've been treating the eye, and it is still getting worse, forgive me if I got that part wrong. But if so, I would go see another vet immediately. The change of color is bad news and if not caught in time, not only could the dog go blind out of that eye, but also may have to have the eyeball removed which is quite expensive surgery from what I understand.
The rescue I work with had a baby puppy that came into us sounding frighteningly the same as you described, only hers was worse, because the infection had spread thru her whole body. Here's her success story:
