Well it's leaps and bounds better than other Hill's products HOWEVER it still has many common allergen ingredients in it such as soy, wheat, and beet pulp to name a few. Also, with the chicken being the first ingredient, once that is cooked it will be dropped down to the 3rd or 4th ingredient so really you're looking at Rice and Wheat as being your first 2 ingredients and with chicken meal (which I prefer to see as the first or second ingredient) being SIXTH on the list really there isn't enough to make much of a difference.
I wouldn't say it's a "bad" food, however for what they probably charge simply because it says Science Diet on the bag you could more than likely get a MUCH better quality food such as Canidae, Chicken Soup, Solid Gold, to name a few for the same amount of money.
