Scabies

Has anyones baby ever had Scabies? And if so how long after given the medication(Starts with an I) did it start to clear up? Thank you

We had it in our home when I was smaller. I know my mother had to wash everything and we all had to have ointment put on us because I had a tonnes of bites. She also had to spray all bedding and rugs and stuff but If I recall correctly it wasn't that long until it was all under control I would have to guess at a week or so.

You should start feeling some relief within hours. But if you do not do everything they tell you it will come right back. Put your pillows and everything that you can in the dryer on high heat for awhile. Do not forget your cars vacume and spay them also. I got a very bad case from one of my rescue babies once and it kept coming back (we forgot the cars).Good luck!
