savannah ga need help

i need help getting 2 white male boxers to rescue due to military deployments i have contacted the 2 closest rescues to me and they are full one is 3 yrs old the other is 2 1/2 yrs old...one has already been turned in to the shelter who cannot take becasue they are too full (they euthanize) and the other is a military wife who just had a baby 2 weeks ago and her husband is deployed out of the country and she cannot care for the animal needs him gone asap.. please contact me if someone can help and i can give you all the particulars then..thanks

Are they just giving the dogs up or do they want military fostering? I read the most heartwarming article on military fostering this weekend. There was a phone number or email site. I will look for it if this may answer their needs.

i had already contacted rockin p they are full as well as carolina boxer rescue those were the 2 closest boxer rescues i am aware of..i wish the situation was one where a temp foster would be the answer until her husband got home but she made it clear she did not care for the dog period her husband has told her not to get rid of the dog but she feels that all the caretaking burdens whether he is home or gone still falls to her and she does not want the added responsibility..she has already made the statement she has been thinking about just giving the dog away to the first person that will take him..she wants him gone as soon as possible...the other dog has already been turned over by his owners to the shelter so temp foster till they get back won't work

What sad stories. I hope they both have happy endings and wanted to say "kudos to you" for making the effort to do right by these dogs.

:D I am very interested in either one of these babies, or even both maybe! We live in Northern GA, but are willing to travel or meet you somewhere. We have been looking for a Boxer for some time now and would love to have a new member in our family!!! Please let me know any info that you may have on these guys!!!! Thanks!!

Boxer dumped

just an update one of those white boxers was dumped at the shelter...he will probably not make it out alive on this one..(the owner even suggested just putting the animal down- her husband told her don't worry about getting rid of the dog there are plenty of them out there they can get another one) these people had the dog for at least 2 yrs of its 2 1/2 yr life!
