I brought my 5 month old pup camping with me this weekend and i was wondering how do i get the sap out of her hair?? She got sap on her leg and i was wondering if anyone knows if it will come out and how long it takes to get out.
Thanks:confused:

We just had this problem on the weekend. Ruby had sap on her feet and between her toes. We just took her to the beach to run and play in the water. The gravel (no sandy beach here) and the salt water just washed her feet and no more sap. Worked great! Other than that I think you would have to use solvent of some type, which I wouldn't want to use on my dog. You could also try dish soap, although I don't know if that would work.

I know your proberbly gonna think I'm crazy....But you could also try penut butter....It works really well for gum....Not sure if it will work for sap....But worth a try...If you can do it without the help of the licking boxer..*LOL*

This stuff is incredible. Put a good amount on the sap, let it sit a couple of minutes, then work out. Reapply if you need but this will really work good!
