A few months after we got Houston I did see someone on here that had a female they named Houston, I don't know who it was now but I remember seeing it. Roxie and Maya are a little more common I guess
Boy does he live up to his name. "Houston we have a problem"

Call it a hunch but I have yet to see and probably never will see another Frog. Most people don't have the same twisted sense of humor my DH has.

The vet I work for has a chihuahua named Frog. I think it's cute.

There are a few Dozers too. I think some were from the Matrix but ours was mostly because he slept alot but it fits because now he'll roll over you like a bullDozer!

We had a boxer named Dozer for the exact same reasons!

This is neat to see how many duplicate names are on here, but even more interesting to see all of the unique names that you wouldn't think would have doubles!

I would not have named her Emma...we got her already named. We actually call her Emmy and Emma. It just seemed weird changing her name she had had for nine months.

My Emma is also brindle and white with natural ears. She was born 5/11/05. Interesting.

Ranvan, when I rescued Emma I found out that her name had been Andrea . . . YUCK! Not that I don't like the name, but it definately did NOT fit her. She was already a year old, but I wanted to change her name. New life, new name -- I wanted her to have a brand new beginning. Among the dogs in the family we have a Princess, Duke, Augustus (Auggie), and a Ceasar. I wanted something along those lines, to kinda fit in. I was thinking maybe Dutchess or something, but I couldn't find anything to fit her. My bf said Emma, and it stuck. It seemed to fit her well, but would never have been something I would have thought of. I didn't think it would be that common, but I have seen A LOT of Emma's on here lately. Cute that yours is also brindle & white with natural ears.

I've seen a few Dozers but not a Tank yet...And yes their names stem from the matrix but not cause we are huge matrix nutso fans. We have brothers from the same litter and thought that it would fit really nicely with them...plus having a dad that is 111lbs well we figured they would grow into their names quite well ...Both boys are tipping the scales at around 50lbs and they are only 6 months yesterday!!!

All this talk about common boxer names and not one mention of what I would think is the most common name of all - Rocky. My boy is Rocky Balboa and we have met another boxer named Rocky at our dog park.

My babies name is Rocky. However most of the time we call him Rock-a-potamus! It fits him and he goes crazy when I call him that.

There are other Bayleigh's on BW but with different spelling. I wanted to name her Roxanne, Roxy for short, but was outvoted!

One Bailey here! (different spelling). One Apollo too (don't think I've seen another one of these)

I don't recall seeing another Butler. Although, I have known a few Rhetts.
