Holden's Mom

Boxer Insane
Odin lived the good life. Loved by his canine siblings and cherished by his humans, he must have been one happy fella. I am so very sorry he is gone.

Godspeed Odin.

So sorry for your loss! I just lost my girl at age 11 1/2 on july 8th to a brain tumor also! I feel the pain and I think about her every day! The hole left is almost unbarable but it is comforting knowing so many other boxer lovers are on here to help! Take care and be strong for your boy!

Odin the Great

Oh Suzie, Oh Suzie, this touched me so very deeply. Your Odin was a hero. I too just lost my hero. I'm thinking of you, your husband and your Hurricane.

Odin the Great Revisited

I just cannot escape the feeling that for Hurricane, some time to say goodbye alone was, in a way good for her. I have been reading stories on here of people who had multiple boxer babies and tragically had to put one down, and it is so very traumatic for the surviving boxers to just all of a sudden have their sibling disappear and have no idea where they went. They run around the house, the yard, anywhere desperately searching for their brother or sister. Your Hurricane had the chance to understand and said goodbye. She was the last thing he saw, and she held him in her own way until the end. I know this is not what you would have chosen for Hurricane, but the bright side here, I think is very real.
