Hi, my name is Maurie a first time Boxer dad to Ruben, a flashy brindle male 1 yr. old, and I need some advice. My sister-in-law just had a baby in November and she won't let Ruben meet her little girl because she didn't grow up around big dog's so she's intimidated by him. The thing I don't get is that her cousin has 2 black labs and she has taken her over there several time before. The problem that I face is that I can never take Ruben over to visit his grandparents any more because the kid might be over there visiting or getting baby sat. Anyway, can someone please give me some ideas how to introduce the two of them and how we can make my sister-in-law alittle more comfortable with this. Lidia needs to meet him sooner or later. Sorry if it seems like I'm venting.
