Boxer Pal
they are great dogs

I had a Rottie for 8 years, she passed away of bone cancer, but she was the most amazing dog I ever owned. Loved people and other dogs, very loyal, there are just no words to describe how truley amazing she was. I would have gotten another rottie after she went to the bridge, but I think there only downfall is with children, that's why I chose Boxers after my daughter was born. But all in all there great pets, don't get me wrong Boxers are still pretty amazing too.

I've had my Maxwell, now 9, since he was 11 weeks old. You cannot meet Max and not absolutely LOVE him!. The kids on our dead-end block used to ring the bell, for Max to come out and "play" with them. He's fantastic with kids, associates the word "baby" with GENTLE", and has a very high tolerance for other dogs. The only stereotypical thing that he does is "the CAT thing".
My in-laws visit for the holidays, and we visit them for 2 weeks in the summer, and it's all of us plus Max, Sammi, and my inlaws dogs, Tigger and Gizmo. Exhausting, but fun!

Boxer Insane
Hi there!
I have a 4 yrs old rott and a new boxer puppy 4 months old now. My rott treats my pup like his own, cleans him, sleeps with him. My rott is great withother dogs, except small dogs tend to bite him, I think small dogs are braver for some stupid reason.
He is very protective of the property and my family. He doesn't like to see anyone roughhousing except with him. Very gentle with other dogs. He is a velco dog, must follow you everywhere you go. Big dog ! I think the rott has gotten a bad rap, they are very nice dogs. They are protective and you have to be responsible for them. I find when I walk my guy loose or on lead people are scared of him. They are a great dog for the right people.
