Roge and the rugby world cup

WE had such a laugh yesterday, Ireland were playing Australia in the world cup and we all sat around the TV to whatch what turned out to be a great game .My sons and DH are big rugby fans and were getting worked up ,as the game went on Roge just didnt know what to make of it all and decided to join in on the fun so when the shouting at the TV would start he would stand up and woo woo and near the end when it really got exciting and they all jumped up shouting for Ireland Roge ran over to the TV and started barking and going around in circules than he ran into the kitchen picked up his Kong ran back to the TV and was whining with the Kong in his mouth looking at the TV and then back at everyone in the room, then when the final whistle went and Ireland won the lads were jumping and cheering and ofcourse Roge joined in. it was so so funny, looks like i,ll have to pay a visit to the pet store to see if I can pick up and Ireland rugby shirt for their newest fan. I wonder can they see or follow what is on the TV cauz he has never payed any attention to it before.

you never know, Fudge could be a rugby fan too. the thing is that Roge is just a ball fanatic it doesnt matter what size shape or colour in his eyes a ball = fun.

Ahh what a shame, and the USA are playing in it. never mind Luther Roge will have an extra chew on the ball for you when the USA are playing.

We get all the games here and funnily enough, my brother was watching the game between Ireland amd Aus and was on the line the moment the final whislte blew....Fudge loves balls, but she REALLY loves soft plush toys, though she doesnt get them often as they all end up shredded.

Your brother is one lucky guy, what my lads would not give to be there,tell him to give them a shout on on saturday when they are playing Russia. Im afraid as for the soft toys I had to give up on them they would only last 10 mins with Roge and then he has a go at eating the stuffing.

All I can say is that as a kiwi I really wanted Ireland to beat Australia (anyone beating Australia is good ) and they did. Ireland really took it to the aussies - it was awesome.

Well I dont think Roge can see the TV but It was the excitment of the lads that got him going ,when they are playing with him they shout come on Roge, and when the game heated up they were shouting come on to the team , so as the saying goes Roge thought it was game on.
