I had to say goodbye to my first baby, Bella, May 1st. She was 7 years old and lost her fight with lymphoma. It was exactly a year since she was diagnosed that she came out of remission. The chemo didn't work and she stopped eating. From the x-rays it looked like it had spread to her intestines. I was heartbroken and it was the hardest decision I've ever had to make.. I truly felt lost without her.

I got her 3-toed paw print (from a tumor removal/toe amputation) tattooed on my left side (because its by my heart) the day after she was put to sleep.

She will live on forever in my heart. <3

I'm so sorry for your loss. Too many of us have lost our fur kids to this horrible disease. I also lost my heart dog, Duke, several years ago to cancer, at age 7.
