rescue remedy product

I hope I'm posting in the right forum. Has anyone heard of product called 'Rescue Remedy'? I was recommended this for Nikita's dog to dog aggression. Thanks

i give recue remedy for a week, but not for aggression issues. for fear and stress

I use Rescue Remedy for Jack, he is terrified of thunderstorms and fireworks.

Elindave, just wondering if you gave the rescue remedy a shot? I tried it with my female, she's 4, and she sometimes is rather intolerant towards annoying/hyper/nervous dogs. I gave it to her all summer (this is when everyone here is out with their dogs - as soon as it starts to get cold, they all go and hide!), and I noticed a great improvement, she was much more relaxed, able to focus on me if I told her to leave it (ie leave the other dog alone!), etc. I recommend it highly.

My parents use it with their Dalmation when thunderstorms are forcasted as well as days where fireworks are expected.

It works well if you can get the dose administered early enough before the 'event'.

A few drops. It's hit or miss the first few times that you try to use it.

It also varies depending on what the 'event' is. Fireworks at the cottage are a lot closer than at home, so we'd use a little extra.

It's kind of like the amount to feed IMO. Each dog would be a little different depending on the circumstance.

I'll add too that my parents Dalmation gets anxious in the car, and the rescue remedy doesn't have much of a calming effect for car travel.

It's odd how it works for one situation with her, but not another.

The bottle we have has a dropper attached to the cap. A few drops under the tongue about an hour and a half before fireworks seems to do the trick.
