I am one of the coordinators for MoKan boxer rescue that is part of the MidwestBoxer Rescue consortium.. we are in contact with the Iowa groups..

what TOWN in Iowa is this IN? also, as has already been said, if the local animal control will not confiscate these animals, we can't. Under law, having a 'place to put them' is not a condition of whether or not they are seized; or should be seized.

Give us the name of the town AND the local animal control contact and we'll go from there.

The dogs are in Ottumwa. BUt I do not have any contact information for animal control. Gunthersmom knows more about this than I do.
