Beausolei
Boxer Booster
If she is old enough get some worming medicine from your vet, or at the very least from a Pet Store. The vet stuff is definitely better, as it treats for all worms except Heart, which you need preventitve for. Is she trying to eat grass? Often they will do this when something stomach wise is not right. Make sure she is taking in a lot of fluids until she gets to the vet, and if she dosen't seem to be drinking enough I give mine dialated kool aid about 25% normal strenghth and they really go after it. They also love milk. Be careful though because even if they are taking in a lot of water if they are losing it to fast they can still dehydrate, which woud explain the somewhat inactiveness for a pup.
Like someone else said loose bowels for a pup is not uncommon, but I remember when my girl Stella was sick as a baby a couple times she was putting out bowels that looked like a gel.
Unless you are going to breed or show there really isn't a need for paperwork. Some Boxers do have more squared off heads tha others though, and they don't really get that wide underbite look in the snout till they get a little older. I hope its nothing serious with your baby healthwise, and if you are wanting the paperwork for breeing, unless she is really special leave the breeding to the pros. Not saying you can't breed, but make sure you have some prime blood to work with. In other words go to a reputable established breeder who can at least give you a family history on health back at least to the grandparents. It will cost a little more to get a girl thats prime to breed, but in the end its worth it as you will know you are distributing quality, and you can get top dollar for your dogs.
