Red Eyes/Discharge

My boxerpup Archie is 8 months old he has had on and off red eyes but seem to be worse lately with more than usual discharge. I took him to the vet for different issue(small red growth on lip aprox 2mm long which is going to be removed) but he gave me eyedrops which I cant remember the name which did the trick for a few days but now where back to square 1, could this be allergies or should I get a second opinion

Pink eye? I'm not sure but it could be allergies or even an infection of some sort. I sure hope he is ok! Is your vet gonna give him more of the drops?
