Recognizing Posters.

I always recognized posters by thier dogs (sorry all!!) more than the name. I get even better at recognizing the avatar....then people go and change it on me. Like Frog'smom and gmac. Anyone else get thrown off by a new avatar??

Absolutley! Dharmadoodle changed her avatar and that through me for a loop. I know avatars more than I do names but I can't help it. Also, I know plenty of dogs names like Sam (MxRxSth) and Henri (Gmacleod) and Maxwell (Maxwell's Ma) and so on and so on.

Yup, I can scroll down the post and check to see if a certain poster did post just looking at the avatar. There are quite a few that changed theirs and I was thrown off a bit

Sorry about that. I know what you mean though. I just couldn't resist changing it. DH bought me a new camera for my B-day and I am trying to get new shots of my baby. It might change a few more times in the days to come LOL. All the old ones will be posted on Frog's website though.

Don't worry! I noticed. Just wasn't sure about how to spell your user name with all the letters and numbers.

You are all too funny! I have been thinking about changing mine. It is a very old pic. I need to upload some recent pics cause Max is way bigger and more handsome.

I do know the poster by their babies. I never really thought about it though.

Absolutely do I get thrown off when other's change their Avatar's. There are so many that I can just look at the picture and automatically know who it is but here lately I have been having to take a second glance at several because there are several that seem to be changing all at once!

Funny that this post just came up because I have been wanting to change my Avatar for quite a while now but I don't think that I will just yet!
