It really depends on what your intentions are.
Are you wanting to switch to an all raw diet? In that case, you would feed bones that are easy to chew up and consume. These could be things like chicken/turkey/duck parts. Necks, backs, wings are all very popular and affordable. You can also give parts from just about any animal, as long as your meat to bone ratio is correct.
Or...Are you just wanting to give bones for recreational chewing? In that case, you would give things like beef knuckle/soup bones. Those will keep them busy for a while. Marrow bones are also pretty popular, but those can be kind of rich.
Either way, raw meat isn't a risk to dogs like it is to humans. Anyone who would tell you otherwise is misinformed.
